March 10, 2008 St. Hedwig teams show well at Parochial Basketball Championships The St. Hedwig Girls and Boys 7th-8th teams capped off outstanding season with strong showings at the Parochial Athletic League playoff Championships held at Rosary High School on March 4-5. After claiming the regular season title with an unblemished 8-0 record, the St. Hedwig Girls Basketball team (7th–8th graders) advanced to the championship game on March 5. The boys, who finished the regular season in second place with a 5-3 record, finished in third place, downing Saint Mary and All Angels 39-38 on March 4.
